He Meta i wish you good luck and i think LE is your only perfect clan hope
the Leader give you a SECOND and LAST chance i know it i was one of the
biggest clan hopper believe dont leave any clan for ever
i mean it only goog with you

yeah, result is the same, you are out of the clan in both situations, though i think leaving as first and then trying to join is more mature.
