I wonder where they are going to take the series. original sparticus did a slave uprising and was able to fight off rome for a couple of years. If they did a uprising in the show it would really change the dynamics. Not sure how Lucy could remain in it....

That is a cool site, DH that will work better than the way I told you about, you have to watch it on your computer (unless you pay to DL) but it's free or looks to be.

Now that was a great ending. I don't see how next season can hold up to what season 1 was, they sure have their work cut out for them.
The fight scenes were a big part, if they have all escaped that pretty much cuts out the arenas.

ya, awesome ending, but nobody knows where the series is going.
The word is that the lead, sparticus has cancer and season 2 was delayed so he can get treatment.
meantime they may be producing a prequel with a younger sparticus
not sure how well it will work. some of the best dynamics in the show were between trixus and sparticus.

I wish I can say more here but I would hate to say anything about it because I know some of the guys are still watching it or finishing up.
I think I know what will happen and that is they will be shooting it on September and we will not see it until next year of January of 2011 if all goes well for Andy Whitfield.
LUCRETIA played by Lucy Lawless and BATIATUS played by John Hannah are my favorite and has made a major impact for these Episodes.
